This guy is absolutely phenomenal! Incredible speed and feel/groove, just amazing!
That kick drum work is just insane. You play better with just your feet, than most drummers can with all 4 limbs. I'm not even a fan of the punchy dual pedal metal kick drum sound, but this was just impressive no matter what.

Matt Greiner does the same thing. He uses the second kick as a backup just in case he were to break the head on the primary one.
Care to explain? This is my first time hearing about this guy and seeing him play, so the double pedal/bassdrum thing is new to me.
It is way easier to get a consistent sound off of 1 bass drum instead of trying to make 2 sound identical.
He really filled in the shoes of lee, tyler is doing amazing filling in for cj. Still hurt from that one but it is what it is. Godlike smacks

Ive played doublebass for many years and even though i primarily use 2 separate pedals, i keep a double pedal handy in case a head breaks. Also in some cases of other drummers that primarily use double pedals, having 2 bassdrums serves a mounting solution for hardware like hi-hat stands, tom arms etc etc etc. Of course in most cases its the visual aspect to the kit..... its not metal if its not "double bass"!!!! 🤣🤣🤘😎🤘
