The first place with puffins was very closed to the main parking right ?

Yes it's about a 5-10 minute walk from the parking lot. Very easy walk and plenty of things to see along the way.

Those puffins are the cutest! Must plan our next visit so we can see some, as well as stay at that interesting lighthouse 😍 Thanks for another informative and fun video!

I'll see if we can get access to the lighthouse for next time!

I challenge you to send the drone through that archway. 😉 Awesome scenery and photography. Such an expansive landscape.

Challenge accepted! I did think about it to be honest but I already lost 1 drone a few weeks prior so I was a little hesitant lol
Glad to hear you like it so much!

@@VividIceland lol That would be epic man. And ya, it would take some "ice water" in your veins, especially because you have such high end stuff. Really impressed with your footage. You should do a montage of just footage with no dialogue and just music with captions and maps to illustrate the journey around the entire island. Just an idea, anyways. I like your taste in music to go with the scenery and it seems like something that you could do really really well.

@@ericksonjustinAK Not a bad idea... we have been brainstorming ideas for a top 5 locations to visit on the south coast etc. and just include a bunch of drone stuff and other decent footage too. Keep your eyes peeled!

I agree you have an awesome voice, should do some narration gig like Nature/Wildlife documentaries like David Attenborough or crime stories just like Robert Stack.

Thanks - you're very kind. It took me a while to get used to hearing my voice from outside my head, but now I am quite used to it. Great suggestion also - another possible career path in the future - I'll keep that in mind!

We are going there next year (June) definitely we will stop by there to see the puffins during our ring road trip and also like to stop by borgarfdorjur eystri? For more puffins? Do you recommend them both these places for the puffins? Or we can skip Borgarfdorjur eystri and continue on to Ring road? Thank you very much I hope you can get back to me.

I've yet to go to Borgarfjordur Eystri - but I hear you can actually get quite close to puffins there. Much closer than you can get in Dyrholaey. There are also some very nice hiking trails around Borgarfjordur Eystri, something also to consider if you enjoy hiking.

You have one great narration speak.
You could do just only that for a living.
