I have bought my fair share of polystone statues and I have never seen this happen, that box was exposed to some serious heat. Super weird to put that tight plastic film on the base btw, no other company does that.
Sad that Iron Studios are behaving like this considering they are making bank with their 1/10 range. Some of their pricing is a mystery too, those Disney statues almost tripling in price when comparing the regular to deluxe, absolutely insane lol
@Siile_ I was home when the delivery truck delivered the statue, so it must have gotten stuck in a container in transit.
I agree with you. Their pricing is all over the place. But I will spend my money elsewhere.

Sorry to hear that, Blabs. It's the nightmare of every collector. I got a defective statue once but I chose to keep it to avoid all the trouble with refunds, but I deeply regret it. Glad you got your money back.

Samsung did something like this to me. They sent me a watch that they were supposed to repair but never did like 5-6 months later.
They ended up sending me a refurbished one that has a blank sensor plate. It's so weird. Contacted them every step of the way too. The stress isn't worth it. You made the right choice. Customer service doesn't service the customer anymore. They don't care unfortunately.

Iron Studios has been a bad joke in Brazil. We only find parts that are different from the prototype. Broken parts, with high prices. They exploit us without mercy and deliver a very dubious quality.

Absolutely love that the base plate on the bottom says made in China. Cheaply built and packaged, but paying a premium for it. It's unacceptable at that price point.

That's whack. The item was two hundred dollars, this shouldn't be an issue. And yes, the potion bottles were damaged by the packaging so the visible part of the figure was also affected.

Welcome to the world of USD transactions - the worst in the world.
USD and EURO transactions are slow as hell - 2-7 working days (so that's Monday to Friday only)
GBP transactions clear instantly and to be honest most other currencies are quick.
If it has to pass through USD I know I'm screwed for a week or two :/

I receive some payments via USD and it's a shit show, I hate it soo slow.
If that company is out of Brazil - you have a few hops ie. additional transfers on the money/refund, plus weekend breaks and holidays - then it clears
