    Thanks so much for this! I always thought of these 'resets' I would read about or see mentioned on YT as mental exercises, not ACTUAL actions!!! There's always a video of a woman in a sunlit room writing in a journal but THIS IS VERY PRACTICAL! THank you, so useful! Hope the iced matcha was 10/10!

    I need this in my life - I love that you add the nice drink and enjoyable task to the list, not ‘just’ the must do’s 💜

      I like to treat it like a little self-care experience, so I try to add in enjoyable things like my drink, music, and the enjoyable activity at the end 😄💜

    For making cold versions of hot drinks like the Matcha latte:
    1. Use a 2-cup (0.5 L) glass measuring cup that can tolerate hot liquids
    2. Put the mix in first and add just enough boiling water to dissolve it, making sure to get all of the clumps broken up
    3. Add all of the ice and part of the cold milk/water to your drinking vessel
    4. Slowly pour the hot concentrated mix into the ice and liquid, stirring constantly
    5. Once all of the mix is in the vessel, add the rest of the cold liquid
    6. Enjoy!
    Used to be a barista. Hope that helps. Love your site and the info you pass on.

    I'll be adding this weekly reset to my journal this month. For me it's not only as a tool to be less scatterbrained but to get better at time management and increasing my productivity 😊 thanks for all the videos about this it really helps :D

    I like to do my planning during my break on my last shift of the week. I find listmaking relaxing, and I don't have any anxiety about forgetting anything that absolutely must be done on the very first day of my off days, because it's done before my off days start. I use the Hero's Journal right now and it's set up for me, but I need to refer to my calendar planner for appointments and scheduled stuff, write my grocery list, list chores, make note of financial tasks, and decide what crafts I want to make.

    Ah I'm so glad you did this, Jess. It makes so much more sense now. I've tried doing things like this, but it doesn't always work, I guess? I make time to plan my week in my BuJo and planner to see what's coming up, but I'm not sure what else to add to it. Thank you for the inspiration and motivation

    Can you explain your brain dump? As for me a brain dump is just all the thoughts and ideas one might have. But you did a very structured list there. :) Is is like a brain dump of all the things you have to do in the coming week? Anyhow, you give inspiration. And having that "Nice drink" on the list is soo nice! :)

    • @JashiiCorrin
      @JashiiCorrin  2 года назад +2

      My brain dump is very much just an all-thoughts-and-ideas list too, I am just populating it in a specific way 😊 So starting with anything on my mind, and then moving through other areas of my planning system as a way to help trigger other thoughts/ideas that may not have been immediately on my mind, if that makes sense 💪 Once it's all down in the one place, then I'll sort it into different areas (e.g. wishlist items, things I want to do in the coming week, things I want to do at some point but not right now, etc.)
