Maybe it has to do with Ashura incarnation or Narutos mom being related to Itachi and Sasuke's Parents and Naruto taking Itachis eyes .
Or Narutos mom had MS and kept them safe for Naruto

this version of naruto has less chakra you should have kept kushina and turned minato into a uchiha instead.
