Every things happens the same as in the original show. Madara declares war sasuke and naruto seal kaguya. And they fight once again. And since naruto and sasuke are reancarnations of Indra and ashura sasuke would have trained really hard to be at the same level as naruto. Also I think that naruto would have gained access to the susano and the renningan. Naruto and sasuke end in a draw like in the anime and they both lose there arm. And this is what I think would happen if naruto has the sharringan.
