It's a dot that expands by radiating outwards based on the extent of population growth & demand. Also because it''s basically very narrow, tall & covered with glass, it get's very dark & hot, especially because of how cramped it would be, as it's half a running track wide & 500 meters talls. It's basically a long narrow road of buildings that are taller than the Eiffel tower. The line was cut from 170 km in length to 2.4 km. Diriiyah is much nicer, it has character & it has a proven record of being more feasible & practical. Usually the way to handle this is by building extensions of a city
