@@Mexxx65 Could you also give us an example as to how they don’t show loyalty to their teams? Lando has scored his first podium with McLaren, wanted to push for another in Monza and could’ve had one in the Eifel GP if he didn’t have a mechanical failure. I haven’t heard anything of disloyalty. And Danny Ric does everything he can to push the team forward. Renault have been getting better because of it. Just because he is leaving the team does not mean that he isn’t loyal to them. He wants to end his relationship with Renault in a bang as much as he wanted to end his relationship with Red Bull in a bang. Now, give me some instances where they were disloyal.

His quirky personality has made him one of the most popular drivers in F1 on social media rn and if he keeps this up he'll definitely be close to getting picked up by bigger sponsors like what Lewis has.

Its actaully smart using the bloopers as an ad rather than an actual ad, I've been stuck to watching the whole thing and I'm intrested
Call me a cynic but I reckon these are not bloopers, this is exactly what the admen were after. I worked as an actor and extra and believe me in film and TV no-one - especially not a non-professional - would be expected to recite such a long line of techno-babble in one continuous take. You certainly wouldn't give a line like that just minutes before they were expected to deliver it on film. I think it was a set-up cos they knew nice guy Lando would at least try, whereas a more wordly driver would have probably just laughed and said "fuck that!".

@@VMX42AUS pretty sure law says you have to wear a helmet in these types of cars (polaris slingshot for example) but I'm not 100% certain. Either way if you're driving something just as aggressive and advanced as a BAC mono that has no windshield I bet even the bravest would want to wear a helmet

Lando will bring loads of people from new generations to the sport and motorsport as a whole with fun things like these and stuff like his livestreams, he's a new generation of relatable racingdrivers.

As someone who loves videogames and streams. I never got involved F1. but recently I did and I loved It. Lando seems like a pretty cool guy and belongs to our underworld and occasionally he is a F1 driver which makes him even cooler
Ricardo started it, and so nice to see Norris carrying it on. It's going to be awesome seeing them as teammates!
This year, more than even in my experience, we have so many young and talented drivers that will obviously make a great future out of the sport. Over and above the talent and the racing, it is really great to see how well the drivers (especially the young ones) get along. We already see lasting relationships even though they are now racing in different teams. Their banter and friendship is a delight to the sport and also shows that we can all stand together regardless of which "side we are on". It is a tragedy that we may not see George Russel in a car next year.

I'm glad McLaren is understanding how marketing today works and how to maximise Lando. He is upstanding and will try his best, but never be surprised when he goest off track because at the end of the day he will always aim to finish.

The car is very reminiscent of 1960s and early 1970s roadster type sports cars from Porsche, Ferrari, Matra, McLaren, Chaparral, etc. that were the inspiration for the Mach 5 and Mr. X's car.

2:38 is it just me or does the car sit very high up in the front
It really does look like the front lift system is up. You'd think the floor would start generating a noticable amount of lift at that speed and angle.

@@Feedii100 even the most sporty sportscars often look pretty "high" on racetracks since they are often way better straightened than the usual road or other stuff. Also the camera angle wasnt the best probably. I could also imagien he just started accelerating for this shot :)

A bit of lift during hard acceleration? Or maybe it's designed to keep the rear end planted better, or maybe it knows it needs a bit of clearance to keep from bottoming out on a bit that's coming up, like the edge curb in a corner?
