The wall paint I use in this is Glidden essentials 'white' in eggshell
The magic juice/Cell activator is mixed with australian floetrol. (1:1)
My PM:
Behr Dynasty deep base semi-gloss and minwax polycrylic (roughly 3:1)
And thinning to the right consistency with JoSonja gloss varnish
Paints I used, mixed with my PM added to the right concistency:
-Amsterdam - Paynes grey
-ColourArte - interference gold
-This little piggy - grenache, meteorite
Magic juice paints, mixed with australian floetrol (1:1)
-golden paints, heavy body - deep gold and bright gold
-amsterdam - oxide black
The Canvas I used is a Fredrix Convexxo canvas # 24

I do recommend taking the sheleeart course. Maybe you can get the same information off RUclips, but you also get access to a course members only FB group with a boat load of extra information from a lot of knowledgeable people. That’s worth it

Wow, your chosen colours are that of my chosen house decor.. And the granche dry is the exact red. Accompany that with the black, silver, white and grey. Thank you so much! Yes, consistency is key. If one is off the whole thing doesn’t work. I found that for me an over all thicker consistency works best. Swiping is way more forgiving than blooms…
That first swipe was gorgeous and the second one was not so bad I do love the red but not that big blob in the middle…lol…but the very last swipe you did cemented the piece and brought it all together and that was a great save! I think beautiful work! I really want to try this but I need to find the time and courage! Lol…🤪😉

I don't use grenache a lot but when I do...I frigging love it! Goes for meteorite as well.

I love this!!! I've seen this done but haven't been too excited about them. Always to thin and not enough paint. I have been laughing tho because I've been doing this for awhile now and didn't know what to call it. I put it on a silicone sheet and make skins, then use Modge Podge to put them on a little box.
I just made that name up. It’s so funny how many ‘new’ techniques and names pop up nowadays

Love this one. I have a question about the mdf board you use for the swipe do you think a 6x6 tile would be big enough or should I get a bigger panel to create the swipe on?
Thanks, Beth! So, mine is 12x12. But my canvas is quite big. I think for starters 6x6 enough, you can see that I just use the middle of that panel. I also think a tile is perfect, it’s smooth and a little slippery and you can peel the paint off of it.

Freut mich, dass es dir gefällt, Matthias! Die Wandfarbe ist Latex Farbe auf acryl Basis. Ich kann dir nicht sagen, was ein deutsches Äquivalent wäre. Ich habe dieses Rezept noch nie in Deutschland probiert. Tut mir leid, das sich dir da nicht helfen kann…

How you mix the paint .
May I ask What type of paper/material are you using to transfer the paint to the canvas?

It is a plastic spreader from my local hardware store. You can get them in 3packs in different sizes. Usually you can find them in the car area
