One thing I learned is manager specials are often a unit the storage manager puts trash other people left behind because as the manager told you she didn’t want to have to get a dumpster. You should have said if it didn’t sell you’d clean it out for her for $50 and let her pay you

It looks awesome for $10 I've seen a buyer end up with a managers unit. It was all nice boxes in the pictures, positioned so they looked unopened. All empty. The owners were super shady. Your owner seems legit! Mikey stop touching your face please!! Take a roll of paper towels to wipe your face. Keep the dolly if you're going to keep buying. It's a back saver at a great price!

Yeah both have to be on the same page about storage units and reselling because your wife has got to realize there is alot of smells and yuk about storage units and there is not going to be jewelry and gold most of the time its a clean out and sell in bulk sale of every possible item to make enough to be able to buy bigger. Also its alot of heavy lifting in boxes totes and beds and furniture when people store their stuff so maybe take that into consideration or your just looking for smalls you are going to be hauling a lot of $ to the dump and goodwill and time. But love you guy's effort and laughs together
