I know of someone who bought a storage locker ( big size ) for $4500.00. It was full of unopened Amazon boxes . He thought it was merchandise from one of those bin stores . Well it turned out it was full of those cheap plastic flowers . 🌺 Big boo boo . . About a year later , he bought a storage locker for $700.00. Inside a moving blanket , was an oil painting that he auctioned off . He said it went for $35,000.00 . It wasn’t even a listed artist . But people loved it .
I do wish you wouldn't push yourself so hard. It's so much physical labor with these storage units but I know you have to make an income. Thank goodness Sam and Jake came to help take all that to the dump. But this was also a lot of fun to watch!! Yay on the Ethan Allen chairs. And lol on that bone you found! Hey Mikey, you wont want do it but ice will work better, especially when you over do it. You can alternate. Make ice bags pour 1 cup isopropyl alcohol and 1 cup water in a freezer bag and put that in a second bag for security. Freeze it will not freeze super,solid but it will shape to your wrist, knee whatever better. Oh thin towel between ice bag and skin. Freeze over and over. I thought overall decent stuff it was either NIB or trash. Get a serious young person to help. Not going to expect an answer but i do hope you have applied for disability. It can take up to a year so don't put it off. You know it won't get better. So unless you're gambling your profits.
Think over all you got a good deal !!! Tho lots of physical work... which I know your trying to limit with your arthritis Glad supercourt stayed home for the rest. Lol

Have you tried selling some of the big stuff straight out of the storage unit? Those partitions are probably quite valuable. Sell them super cheap right out of the unit and save your back while still making $$$! Same goes for the outdoor furniture. We have several locals that do that and it seems to work well for all around.

That ProCo Stage Master is what they call a snake. It's used to link the stage to a sound booth for playing live events and PA equipment. Some are worth some good bucks. Just thought I'd let you know. I was in a band for several years and helped with setting up and tearing down the equipment when we played or practiced.
After my first auction. I received a text from the storage place while I was driving home that I could have a locker for free but by the time I got to my store it was no longer available. I think you need to do some scratching That helps with so if you get in the pain you don't get into pain is bad
Some people overlook good stuff in a unit because they see so much trash That sometimes they vary bad they undervalue the unit
