    This is the best, and most in depth install video! Thank you for this.

    Awesome video! Out of curiosity, how are they holding up ever since they been installed? I hear other people’s RallyArmors have been cracking and they don’t have a warranty…

    Great, thorough video, man! I've had the same concerns about adding mudflaps to my 2022 Crosstrek Sport (lifted and AT tires), but I think I'll give this kit a try. Definitely want to block all the rocks I'm flipping up on the trails! They're starting to chip my paint.

    Do you think it made the fuel economy worse?

    thanks! always good to see an example install lol just got mine on my 2023! tho i have stock wheels and suspension .. they do make the car look much better.. wonder how good theyd be hitting rocks. if you've done any off roading w them??

    • @nikeroach

      i feel like i could shape and shave them a bit w my dremel to make them more low profile if need be

    • @PatrickKasilag
      @PatrickKasilag  Год назад +1

      I ended up taking the front ones off because of my tire size, though the front ones were the most effective. They're going back on as soon as I get my new wheel/tire set up on

      @@PatrickKasilag gotcha.. ya i have a 6 speed so when i do go for rims and tires i wont be going overboard on size lol but i ended up using a dremel and razor to shorten them a few inches. tbey no longer habe the rallyarmor ensigniam i cut right above that pretty much. give its a nice low profile look

    Would you be able to trim away more of the plastic in order to get the mud flaps further back and prevent rubbing? Or is it just not enough rubbing to even mess with

    • @PatrickKasilag
      @PatrickKasilag  3 года назад +1

      The rubbing isn't causing damage, but it does bug me a bit. I'm gonna mess with it some more next week to see what I can do to make more clearance. I just didn't want to hack up a new set of mud flaps on the first day lol.

      @@PatrickKasilag ya I totally get that. I only asked cause I’m am in the same boat. I’m having 235s put on this weekend and I was wanting mudflaps in the near future. Will also most likely have to do some modifying. Thanks again!

      @@PatrickKasilag now that's it's been about a year, what further adjustment did you make to the flaps to help with the rubbing? Or did you just leave it and it's not too bad?

    Why did you not use the metals?

    • @PatrickKasilag
      @PatrickKasilag  2 года назад

      I did use all the metal brackets. they are on the back side of the flaps. that’s where all the bolts and clips went through.

    is the procedure the same for the 2024 Crosstrek? i’m not experienced with lifting the car or removing tires just yet 😂

    • @PatrickKasilag
      @PatrickKasilag  Год назад +1

      Hmm it’s similar, I though I believe a few of the flare mounting points a in a different spot. The 2024 specific kits have pretty thorough manuals though, I’m sure you’ll get it. Just spare an hour or so and take your time
