I'm from Malaysia and never heard of her case in local news. Thank you for sharing this case. I was a Corrections officer when Diazien Hossencofft was in Bernilillo county detention center, I and can tell you he was one strange dude. I sharpened all of his finger nails into very dangerous points, and would constantly talk about how he was a space vampire. I spent alot of bored hours talking to this dude and all I can say is just WOW.

I live in Albuquerque, and this is one of the saddest, most tragic true crime stories I've ever heard of. A fantastic, extremely well-written non-fiction book on this incident is "September Sacrifice". A story so crazy nutso, it could only happen in New Mexico.
