He was listening properly .1.All he is asking he should have filled the form when the advertisement has come out . 2.The Honorable Justice is asking for rules (most probably sections ) which is favorable to the said lawyer's stand . how arrogant this high court judge is ? I have watched many of his sessions but he's behavior is same in every case.

Ye Agrwal judge ye Sarna Jati se belong krta hai. Isiliye ye ST ,SC aur OBC against hi kam karta hai. sare sabut hone ke bavjud bhi judge ne ST ke logo ko nyay nahi diya.
