It will never happen. We saw Optimus against dinosaurs in animated shows. In every time Optimus try to scared dinosaurs instead of killing them. Meanwhile Optimus defeated Grimlock a gigantic T-rex ( about 4 time taller than T-rex ) Robotic Organism ( not robot) without any difficulty. So Optimus will fire on sky to scare the Indomius Rex. If I- rex don't run away than he will slightly harm I - rex to scar him. But never try to kill him until he try to protect someone ( like humans ) and have no choice but kill it.
