    Ingredients for 2 Praline Babkas:
    For the Brioche dough:
    115 ml water
    115 ml whole milk
    70 g + 1 tbsp granulated sugar
    1 packet of dry east (5 to 7 g)
    630 g all-purpose flour
    1 pinch of salt
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    170 g melted butter
    2 large eggs
    For the Praline caramel:
    300 g of pralines for the melted caramel + 100 g for the praline pieces
    300 ml heavy cream or double cream
    For those that cannot find pralines, you can still make them yourself (lol) or just use any type of nut butter or crushed caramelised nuts!

    I am new here i saw ur channel this morning and i will try the original babka and let you know but i really like what u r doing coz ur mind in baking jus very similar to mine . I mixed things together take the style of this and dough of that. Please carry on. Best regards from Russia
