Cant believe we only learned of this juicer in 2022, in our business we have tried masticating and hydraulic, you cant beat the yield and the smoothness of a masticating juice extractor. So far i impressed with just 1 hour use will add to my review after a few weeks to give a more rounded and fair review.
It depends on how much you plan to make, and if the juicer will be operated for more than 30 minutes at a time. This Santos would probably be the best for a business, as it can be operated for long periods of time. Home juicers can only run for 30 minutes and then need an hour break.
I asked Santos, and they told me that Miracle Exclusives (miracleexclusives.com) will be the distributor there, although I don't yet see this model on their site.
The M1 is a two-stage press, much like the Norwalk or Pure juicers. Rather than crushing the produce and forcing it against a stainless steel screen, the M1 first grinds the produce in a grinder and then presses it under high pressure through a disposable filter bag (something like a tea bag). We've never tested the M1, but it should produce a smoother juice.
Why havn't you tried something hard, i mean this thing is all steel inside i am sure i can crush gooseberries or coconut . the only worry with all other juicers is breaking plastic parts and health hazard. This one is very well designed to handle more pressure from hard fruits . ginger was a good test though

Hi! what is the best cold press juicer you would recomend for a small ginger shot business?

Is the santos available in the US to purchase?

Nice video.Hahahaha good ginger shot :) :) :) . Do you recomende any other professional slow juicer? Thanks
The Sana Horeca and Kuvings Chef are both suited for commercial use, and are good juicers.
I would love to see how the Santos fares against something like the Kuvings CS700
Very noicy
How would this compare with the M1? Thanks 🙏
