Wonderful to see someone working in pastel with such talent. I'm a newbie pastel painter, love it, and am learning through working and watching great clips like these. Cheers from Arizona!
So happy to have found this demo, just beautiful...great inspiration glad for voice over too...wish to chat with another pastel artist....hope to find one day. Am female - senior - live in N CA. Art is #1 in my life along with music which I feel art is anyhow, coloured/music! Cheers, CDW
I had been using Canson products for a long time with great success and I am quite an extrovert showman and wrote to them telling them of my love for the product. I am passionate about their products and can demonstrate them to their best. They were at that time creating an ambassador program in th UK and I was first in line and have been with them ever since. they are the best
Hi Im using Canson Mi Teintes paper, a 50% cotton paper. It does allow multi layers, but I add light layers and use slightly harder pastels, I find it fills easily with super soft ones...
Absolutely beautiful! Thank you for talking us through it. What colour did you use for the land please? Also, was it a brush you used, if so what kind?
Could you do a demonstration on the paper, showing three progressions of clouds from beginner to your stark 3D wonders...I get awe inspired watching your cloudscapes, but when I start, out comes the mud! See where this comment is going? I'll send you my past three paintings for you to see where my painting expertise is heading!
You CAN learn to do this! It does take practice though, but if I can do it, anyone can. I didn’t start even trying until I was in my mid 50’s. I couldn’t even draw good stick figures but I’ve always secretly wished I could paint. God finally gave me the time to learn. I watched videos and tried and realized I can do it. Yes, I’ve also created mud so I took a color mixing class and read about color mixing. I also took classes from local artists. Just keep painting. Eventually you’ll create something you love!
Great video, of my preferite master. Thank you for your demonstration. When you have few minute can you give a look to my pastels? I have a short video on my you tube. I'm just a beginner, and not a professional painter, but photographer. Greetings from the small island of Capri, in Italy. Alessandro
Your work is beautiful and well orchestrated. I simply don't enjoy time lapse tutorials. I find them annoying and have a feeling of anxiety with the watching of them. For that reason I have stopped watching this sort of tutorial. I believe it's impossible unless one is advanced already to get what is being pitched. However these will continue to be and that's a given..I just won't be viewing them..sorry.
Absolutely brilliant, one of the best on RUclips 🙏👍.
thanks so much
Fantastic! Bravo! Merci! Прекрасные картины!!! БРАВО!!! СПАСИБО за наслаждение! 💯💯💯👌🤗🤩🍀🌹

Beautiful. Only thing is I can't hear and understand what you are saying because the music is too loud.
Lovely, just one complaint, music too loud and voice a bit soft.
This is a good tutorial, but i should have wanted better solution on your digital film. Hard to see the details.
Super informative video. I guess you've made plenty of poor paintings to become so inspiring: Practise, practise, practise! Thank you.
Just woooooow ̄ˍ ̄
Good demo. Too bad the video is so out of focus. Thanks though.
