There's a auto flair setting in options but if you turn it off it still doesn't work 😂

So it took me a long time to figure out how to do this - instinctively, we try to hold the LT and press the pass button - what you need to do is press both of them together, at the same time.

100 to renew my contract and 197 to go to my preferred club 💀
Just tap L2 and X while somewhat stationary. Or try just stationary while tapping both don't hold the buttons.

It might be becuase you have auto flair pass anabled

for xbox you click LT and A at the same time and for play station its L2 and X at the same time
