These fancy passes/shots bother me a lot because they're executed with the same way as a curved pass or Trivela shot. So many times I go for a Trivela and it register as weak fancy shot. Do you know a solution for this?
You are right I agree but there is a solution for this. If you want to go for a trivela, you have to put more power behind the shot. You will never get the fancy shot animation again if you put at least 2 bars of power behind your trivela shots.
Yes, the rabona isn't an easy skill to do. I am planning to make a video tutorial specifically for it. To attempt the rabona chip over the goalkeeper, you must set lob pass assistance to manual in your game settings. Then, use the cross button to shoot instead of the shoot button (while holding L2 and aiming with the left stick). I also recommend doing a ball roll before attempting the rabona chip. The animation is almost guaranteed if you chain the two together.

Which flair cross are you trying to do? because some require 4 star skill moves and some require the flair trait (like the rabona cross for example). Maybe your created player doesn't have that. You can see the requirement of every skill move on the top left of the video.

Put in semi your long pass in settings,so it registering better according the power u press in the bar

That’s very strange. Are you using the default controls, or have you set up custom ones? That might be the reason.
Can anybody explained why created player cant Perform a flair cross? In fifa 23 created players could do it

fancy volleys came from acrobatic, not flair
Scorpion and bicycle kicks come from acrobatic, but fancy volleys come from flair. I'm 100% sure of this.
