The adapter comes with the wiper blade when you buy it. When you’re at autozone or any parts store look at the back check for the “OE multiple adapters” and you can even open the top (most open and close freely) and pull the blade out to see if it comes with the multiple adapters. I bought 2 windshield wipers that now have to return later after finally buying the right ones because it isn’t the hook ones like every other car on the planet. On autozone you can even enter your make/ model and it’ll suggest which brand so just look for that brand and open it up to check if it has adapter or not. Ford is a pain in the ass
