    Best video ever on round satin stitch. I had a bunch of berries to embroider and they were all different shapes except round. After watching your video I ripped them all out and re did them. You speak very clearly and very specific instructions.

    Hi there, would you be able to show a tutorial on embroidering a doll eye using the satin stitch? Thank you. I love your tutorials.

    Hello, for the second method, how would you recommend to start/end the stitch? Can I still use an away/waste knot? Since there is not much thread to catch the extra floss on the back of the fabric. Or I am okay with just a normal knot.

    Do you need to use fabric stabiliser when embroidering the satin stitch on clothing like sweatshirts? Great tutorial ✨

    • @msvonkat
      @msvonkat  4 года назад +2

      Thank you and for sure--a stabilizer is great for whenever you're embroidering on a stretchy knit (sometimes called jersey) fabric as opposed to a woven fabric. It will help give structure and support so that your stitches don't get distorted when the fabric stretches.

    Thanks so much. From your side of view Which way is more better?

    • @msvonkat
      @msvonkat  4 года назад

      Definitely depends on the situation for me--the shape being filled, how much thread I have available, what kind of effect I want to achieve. They can both be great for different circumstances :)
