The hero talking there is also the hero chasing the 'zombie' :P
It's Invoker's voice and you can hear it if you select that hero in a game (not replay) and either continuously hit F1 or click on the hero portrait at the top left.

It's a combination of pub, inhouse, and even league play.
You'd be surprised with the humour you'd find if you just looked for it - it happens everywhere.
The unit sounds are GUD. Since this is a video about noobs, there should be these 'noob voices' to really ad a laughing flavour into the video...
I enjoy Mirana a lot. Maybe I will someday onec I get back into her and gather up some good plays ;-). I'm currently working on a massive project though (The Final Hour) so don't expect it anytime soon.

Every scene is from a different replay (and played by different people) except the intro where it's obvious that all pudge-magina plays were taken from the same game.
Also, you see the replay submissions at the end of the video? You can tell they were all unique players just by that alone. There's also a post at the dota-allstars forum for further proof if you bother to check.
So, conclusively, your assumption is dead wrong. Sorry to disappoint ;-)

Connection type can affect that. Are you on dial-up? Try resetting you browser cache and maybe reset internet settings to default (the latter might help more). I have no idea how youtube performs on speeds below cable/dsl.
