Absolutely agree! My only real issue is the way the paint on the legs cuts off sharply in places. Still, this is easily one of the best main line figures to date!
I like to think that The Claws on Suchomimus have Adapted to the Modern World similar in proportion to Modern Crocodilians where its First Claw Shrunk to where its More adapted as an Offensive + Defensive mechanism than to catch Giant Fish ( Since in Africa, fishes there weren't as giant as they used to be in the period of time when Suchomimus was Alive) and prey since its more terrestrial than most Spinosaurids, same with its Face where its a bit more Broder than before but still slimmer than most theropods...
The accuracy update seems a bit to good to be true for me. It seems like the only reason their putting in the effort to appease people who wan't them too for the sake of public perceptions, rather then because you can or to hammer home the fact that these are real dinosaurs. This feels like it's for proffet rather then pashin.
The show designers made the suchomimus’ design and Mattel’s employees made a figure of that same design. I don’t see why it’s a big deal of whether “the show designers want to appeal to ppl using accurate designs” or “Mattel wants money”. Mattel doesn’t even come into play here since the company didn’t come up with the design. Mattel’s role is just making figures with instructions given by Universal. The show designers created an accurate suchomimus because they wanted to. Think about it, they could create any other design, accurate or not, and Mattel would still make a figure of it.
@ okay I might be misunderstanding or not understanding the comment that well but why do u blame universal? I mean if they can make money and make people happy, isn’t that a good thing for both sides? Killing two birds with one stone.
i’m pretty sure this time around they finally decided to use the actual model from the show to make this toy rather than just screw around with a mold by themselves
10:34 the battle damage albertosaurus from the dino rivals line has two scars on it's left tigh that are actually painted on wich i find really cool
Heck yea! That's cool 😎 👌I'm in love with the light blue version but I've never seen it anywhere 😢

Always a pleasure when Marco uploads a video, especially when its one about something positive about Mattel heh!
Grantito has a question:
Do you prefer this design for the Suchomimus or the model for Jurassic World Evolution?
I like them both a lot. I'm not sure if I have a favourite

what is pashin
@ if I didn’t spell it wrong, I think it’s the drive to make a point, tell a story, put your talents to good use. It Is Art.

@ ow I’m not blaming Mattel, I’m blaming universal with these shows, and we’ll see about rebirth

mattel did a great job on that figure and i want it but the mattel jurassic world figures are 2 or even 3 times as expensive in my country
👍
I like dinosaurs 🦖
Me too 🙌
