The torque values you give are they wet or dry values as lubricated bolts require different torque settings . Lubricants require less torque to achieve the same loads .
Really good question mate, you are right for the different values! Sorry for the late reply though.. We found those torque values on technical reviews for this particular engine, so I guess the values for the cylinder head bolts and crankshaft bolts are for lubricated bolts since you have to lube them before installation, and the other bolts like front and rear main seals covers are dry values since you install them without lube or any sealant.. have a good day ✌🏻
My engine was finished 2 years ago m20b20, I just checked I am using the 260 degree camshaft. The stock 320i seem is 256 degree? But no problem with my engine

I think you have a 323i camshaft, 266degrees, stock m20 uses the 256 you are right !
How did those seals that arnt supposed to be oiled hold up?
Pretty well! They are really tight, they won’t slip or be pushed out, unless if you want them to!
