[short film] craft. | sheridan animation

hello and welcome to my second short film for my second-year short film class at sheridan:)
this one is named craft; essentially it's about how much an artist pours their heart and soul into their work just to create a piece of art in whatever form that may be. with the theme being chaos, i wanted to show the chaotic nature of the tortured artist just so i could lean into the aesthetic a bit heh.
this one was by far my most complicated film, i won't even get started with the amount of time it took to coordinate all the different scenes especially during the montageee.
this film is also a tribute to literature as reading did have a big impact on my life, especially when i was younger. in turn i was heavily inspired by the secret history by donna tart, if we were villians by m. l. rio and dark academia if you couldn't already tell heh.
i have to say i am extremely proud of this one and i hope you enjoy it as much as i did making it! i would love to hear your thoughts and/or opinions if you have any as of course, all art is up to the viewers interpretation :)
