originally this was supposed to be a week vlog but the amount of footage i had made it more of a day in my life heh (did you guys recognize some behind the scenes for my short film parallel?)
this is the last vlog i have for second year but i can’t wait to be filming more in third year if i can! hope you’re looking forward to it and i’ll see you soon!

I'm in love with the art style, the way the music seems to fit so perfectly, the way it feels like a story-soft and warm and simply full of nostalgia. @@melonisce I'm terribly sorry for replying so late, but you made my absolute week by replying. I have so many thoughts about this film it's not even funny. Okay, so one of my thoughts is that the writer is sort of trying to capture the "romance" of youth, and I got this idea from the line that he writes at 0:06 which says "I fell in love with you because you knew me" and I think the most painful thing an author deals with is trying to capture the beauty of something despite knowing that no description will give it justice. I have plans for a story, and when I post it, I'll be sure to let you know!

Personally, sculptors are so underrated. I love sculptures so much, I take photos of them if I see one when on a trip so I can draw it later

Okay so I'm applying this year, I was wondering about the file formats you're allowed to use? Are you able to submit .pdf for the sketchbook and other areas of the personal section or does it all have to be .jpg and .png?
there should be a section in the portfolio requirement package that has the full details of the file formatting but from what i remember it’s usually jpg but if ur handing in a compilation of sketchbook pages, pdf is alright but double check the submission requirements just to be sure! and good luck with your portfolio!
