My father would make me watch 60 Minutes every week when I was little.🇺🇸💙 Very informative.
Alan Rabinowitz thank you for caring and saving Jaguars. you are in heaven for sure Rest in Peace ALAN.
I needed 3 hours of animals on 60 minutes this Earth day
I'm a diver and, while I've never seen a Great White shark in person, I am a fan.
Do you have insurance 🤔 maybe you should call Gieco
It warms my heart to see a billionaire pouring his heart and money into something not designed for maximum personal profit, but rather for the benefit of less fortunate people and animals.
if i was a billionaire i would turn the amazon forests into a parking lot . jk it is nice to see.
Yes, now if he would just start using pierced earring tags instead of branding an animal...my goodness, so cruel. And what gets me too are these huge collars they put on these animals...it seems in today's day and age they could come up with something less cumbersome. All said though, anyone doing the slightest thing and in his case a big thing, to stop poaching is good person and deserves credit.
Ears can and do get torn off in a fight. I think maybe tattoos like they do for dogs and other species maybe? Or maybe a permanant patch of dyed hair,it could be color coded.... i hate branding also. Its so painful ...😢
@@govindagovindaji4662 It's not cruel if it literally saves their species from extinction

When I watch these videos I see hope. This man is awesome. He's putting his money where his mouth is. He didn't JUST sit around saying I wish, I'm gonna, the world hates me, not my problem. They are few, the others are many. For all the problems we face today... They are the ones finding the solutions. Bless him.
Been missing this great show all these years!!❤
He lives like the real life good guy Dr Evil! Wow avoiding all authorities and staying un-captured but still able to meet with reporters! Amazing.
This episode was great ! I had an accidental close encounter with a Black Bear at South Lake Tahoe in 1990's on a hike with my dog. It was following us . My dog wanted to fight it. I yelled and it ran off. It scared the crap out of me. It was only about 150 pounds but that is no match for a panicked human and a fearless 30 pound Cattle Dog. That Grizzly would have given me a heart attack. When it "woke up early" the story got real. Thank you for your brave reporting. 60 Minutes rocks. Need an update on UAP's please 🙏 🛸👽
Thanks 60 Minutes team for introducing and sharing nature and its inhabitants with people!
Right but God forbid a bear gets in our precious space, there dead. 🙄
Thanks to the scientists doing such important work to help maintain the animals that ultimately help maintain our ecology.
I am so digging how you explore! You are so right in how you respect the artifacts, and areas. I wish people had your conscience. Ant wait to see where you take us next!
May all your journeys be safe.
Excellent Sunday morning show. Thank you 60 minutes
Animal has many different faces. Coexisting with humans is their most painful wars.
I imagen how grateful the people and even the animals are , due to his philanthropy .
I bet that shark on the ship went back and told his mates he was probed by aliens and they all think he’s nuts.
C'est absolument ce qu'on vit ce qu'on mange pour peu que la faune marine soit protégée comme la faune terrestre ♥️♥️💯
Ranger: "They've more than tripled their numbers..." Reporter: "Hmm?" Wake up dude! 🤦🏼♀️
@4:01
His buddies will never believe that he was abducted by aliens
Thanks for posting this video.
LOL....only on 60 minutes and here in Mozambique, reporter and guest photo bombed by a beautiful, wild African elephant!😆
The fishermen act like it's not their fault.
I lived in Copenhagen for 6yrs and played jazz numerous times in the park across the street but the entrance fee for the Zoo was above my means. I love the Danes. Danes are highly educated Danes are pretty damn ethical. And they love Jazz my jazz as well.
Never have i wanted to go to a prison until i saw the one in Wyoming! ❤🐎 🐎 🐎 ❤
Good job from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
"It was good to be in a boat." Did anyone tell him jaguars can swim?
Thats amazing. With all the wars people are waging to listen to something about nature is a super distraction.
I was face to face with momma Bear and her two cubs.
Wow!! $2.500 for one of them stallions, such a steal!!!
If ever I get around to where I can own some land...? I'm getting me one or a couple of these beautiful creatures!!! 🙂
You have just kearned the Creator's purpose for the Earth,..a Paradise cared for by everyone!
One day these wonderful souls will only be seen in museums 😢😢😢 ..how many millions of years ago Did dinosaurs exist and science knows everything about them ... BUt NO CURE FOR HARDLY ANY DISEASE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND MILLIONS OF YEARS LATER 🤔🤔🤔
We saw a bear in
Flint Michigan on linden rd
horses have been around for hundreds if not thousands of years with out humans.
Power to the efforts of Greenpeace
The way you guys tell the story thank you
Thanx for showing the beauty in nature and even us!
Wyoming Game and Fish would like you to know the difference between Grizzly and Black Bear scat. One smells like poo and has berry seeds in it. The other smells like pepper and has keys in it.
Excellent video, very interesting,y the reporter was proficient, brave and extremely professional, the story was terrific and educational.
Wow Jaguars beautiful
Minor correction: A young Great White *was* kept in captivity the Monterrey Bay Aquarium in California. They eventually released it, due to behavior issues with other fish in the enclosure, if I remember the reason correctly. ❤️ Sharks!

People watching this and not outraged by the treatment of animals are the same people that enjoy going to the zoo.
How bout the treatment of people..? I'm guessing you haven't been to any major city..maybe you should advocate for humans bears will survive they've been here a long time.. Americas in trouble

Hi, there !
No one would build a house in the middle of a fire.So why would you build that house in the middle of a bear home.
Excellent video, appreciated and very much needed. The only aspect I wasn't feeling is the description of sperm whales having the largest brains of possibly any being maybe in the entire universe 2:35:00. What bothers me about this is the human race hasn't even explored the entire Earth, not to mention understood it and yet we make proclamations about the Universe as if we've explored it, understand it and mapped everything in it. It's like claiming you know everything about a city but you never left your front porch. The arrogance is palpable when ironically, we STILL don't fully understand many of the species in this very video and we certainly don't have an understanding of what's in the universe we're not even capable of exploring.
This should have a trigger warning.
Well, yes... I have technically been face to face with a Grizzly...and 2 Kodiak Grizzlies...they were at a rehab center and behind fences though 😅
❤❤
❤
Those collars have to become a death collar. Because as they grow and gain weight, the. Collar remains the same
@39:35 ❤️ “we’re okay now. We’re going to be ok.” 🙏🏼
WOW!
I love bears 🐻 please keep them safe.
Thanks 😊
Wonder what would happen if we planted corn out in the woods? Our forestry fires that here in Tennessee for the deer ,turkey,etc..b they call there food plots, and use them also to keep track of population... it works and i honor all the people workingn do just to try and protect everyone, bears included!!!❤❤❤❤
Good stuff

Happy 420,peeps 😂
omg the giraffe! and then they cut him open.... holy lord!
imagine swimming high and in deep waters you see first Ariel coming out the body of shark....dang
They culled a giraffe? Wow.
Does American Prairie have the native grasses, that were there before homesteaders were forced to plow? Native grass was smart grass & adapted to survive draught. It supported millions of buffalo.
On the giraffe, why not let young giraffe live and old rest?
Wild horses have survived in the wild forever now wild humans think they need to be trained. The nerve of humans.
That shark is a nascar shark now lol😂😂😂
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
all creations are equal, human lives are the same as a shark or a seal
Not according to God’s Word.
pretty insane how the bear charged him
that shotgun is loaded with brenneke slugs. basically a 72 caliber (bore of a 12 gauge) hardened lead projectile that weighs 350 grains and travels at 1600 feet per second. Compare that to...... 45 caliber handgun. 230 grain 45 caliber projectile that travels at a meager 800 feet per second.
Nice
WEll Lets DART The man that darted the bear and see what he says .?
Loove. GRIZZLIES
Hmm 🧐 seen a grizzly cub playing along side a black bear cub, showing off, picking aspen and burch buds on the very top of 40 foot stands..the grizzly cub crawls down after rocking back and forth picking the green buds like green grapes..it jumped to the other tree trunk as if to say, can you do this, the black cub crawls down and jumps down into the grass as if to say, Aa Aa, No Way, then the black cub runs into the bushes near the creek, the grizzly cub follows it to the creek..seen the grizzly cub the following morning going south to Big Timber along the Yellowstone River leading to Yellowstone Park 🏞️. I flagged every 5 to 5 shift 30 miles of Big Timber off of I-90. Weeks later a crew member 20 miles north on the county line, seen a Cinnamon Bear running across the flat toward Columbus. Worked in Kalispell and Whitefish Montana at the local dumps, almost every day County Flatbeds brought in a bear cub killed not uthinized for looking for food 🥑🥝 in someone's back yard 😢😮😢😮!
Mountain biker understood
Why are these buoys not used where the people are swimming and surfing ?
To the scientists who say the tagging of white sharks is too invasive - how would you go about learning about them? Learning as much as you can leads to better conservation techniques and educating the public so that they too can help with conservation efforts. I'm pretty sure the tagging is a minor nuisance for the shark and scientists like Greg Skomal know what they're doing and would never needlessly cause sharks even minor pain.
Watches this entire video very informative
The shark wranglers.i see they are still getting their adrenaline rush harassing sharks that are just trying to eat and survive.all in the name of conservation.
That's the problem. We just don't let them be. ...
My 4 yo grson was speaking fine, then he couldn't speak.
A snare is disgusting leave them alone
