In this case is really interesting to notice that the weight is multiplied by a factor of 8.75, then plus the weight of the arm.

If the angle at the elbow is 90 degrees, then the angle between the forearm and bicep tendon cannot also be 90 degrees. It just takes a little trigonometry to find the angle so that this is a bit more accurate.

It can. It varies based on bicep size.

The muscular force is not only in x direction but also in y direction as it's second component

What increase in force is demanded as the weight ball is extended further out from the hand?

So... for me (6'5") to lift a 40lb weight in my palm, with an arm length of 38cm (elbow to metacarpophalangeal joints), there's a minimum 335lbs pushing upwards on my humerus.
I knew muscles needed to be stronger on taller people to do the same task.
So why aren't the midgets going for the strongest people records and titles?

Nearly impossible if there is no hidden power somewhere?

The arm length is short compare to real life. Am I wrong?

That's my arm length from the elbow to the Center of Mass of the weight
