Thank you for these incredible lectures, I am an Australian student studying a bachelors in clinical exercise physiology, I start functional anatomy and biomechanics this semester and your lectures on top of the ones I watch from my Uni allow me to understand my content clearer. Cheers mate!
Dr. Walters give us a very big opportunity for free! This man shows that he loves his work. He just wants his knowledge to get shared with everyone that cares! Great work, great scientist , great human ! Much love and respect ✊
After doing calculus next semester I’m finally jumping into kinesiology to become a PT summer of 2021. Thank you for this I’ll be watching to get a head start
It was very great to find your channel. I don't know why RUclips didn't show me your channel when I was searching about biomechanics while you explained it in the best possible way.
You make very easy to understand some concepts that are really difficult to imagine, excellent idea to use a wall as reference!!! Thank you so much for this classes!!!
Thank you so much for these lectures, I’m interested in physiotherapy and just general biomechanics for my own health and education and a textbook is 200$ and harder to understand. I appreciate this immensely
Been following your IG page for so long. I'm in PTA school about to start my clinical rotations next week. Hyped for your upcoming lectures. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much this is such a valuable resource and your demonstrations and examples to understand the different planes of motion were so helpful!!!!!
Coming from the field of engineering, lots of this introduction were familiar in terms of content but all the words are new to me (especially as English isn't my first language, though Latin from high school definitely helps)
Instantly subscribed. I'm interested in pursing a sports medicine fellowship and this series is exactly what I was looking for in terms of getting some good fundamentals in biomechanics. Starting to regret my biosci degree and wishing I had just done kinesiology hahaha. Thank you for sharing your lectures Dr. Walters.
these videos are gold. i’m currently taking my prerequisites in college and next semester at transferring to tackle my bachelors for exercise science. i’m excited to get through these lectures thank you for these!!
Thanks a lot for this free lecture Can't wait for the next one 💪 By the way , could you please give us a list of book recommendations for anyone who wants to learn from zero about anatomy , phisyology , biomechanics , sports injuries , physical readaptation written on an easy friendly way I am planning to become a personal Trainer and I struggle to understand these subjects when reading on my own
Please make a video on hip arthroplasty lateral/posterior physio rehab protocol. There are many videos on YT but we believe in your knowledge and expertise.
If the movement is in frontal plain, it's axis is combined of other two plains. Sagital and transfersal...and so on with others. This is why we called axis like that, Sagito-transfersal for example. Might be easier to imagine for some people.
I'm a biomedical Engineering student and very much interested in Rehabilitation Engineering, these lectures are like a gold deposit for me 😊😊 Jazakallahu Khair ❤
I thought biomechanics is about of produce protein based artificial muscles that would replace any machine part that generates force. Present biomechanics is in premature stage I am afraid.
Biomechanists study many different areas including plants and animals. Because I am involved in physical rehabilitation of the human musculoskeletal system, you are seeing a lecture that revolves around this area.
I'm so Hyped for the coming lectures, thank you!
Love it! The next lecture is coming by next week. 👍

Hi! How about scapula protraction and retraction? Which plans do those occur in? Thanks.
Is this playlist comprising a complete biomechanics course or there're more topics to be covered?
These are all the lectures I would use in my semester-long Human Biomechanics course.
Use Right hand rule to understand those planes and its axes
How many months before exercise
Related to which problem or injury?
Could you please mention the reference
Which book are u following???
Basic Biomechanics by Susan Hall
