I do this every year. I made 600 non food allergie free treat bags. I still have just under 300 treat bags. I got bags that have "bunny ears" that you tie. I love shopping after season sales to add more every year. This year we had a few come back for another bag. I put in a mini name brand play-doh, a spider ring, vampire teeth, a slap bracelet a pop it key chain and a sticker. Every bag has the same items in them. We also handed out a lot of different candies and pretzels.
