@@elizabethisweird my skin is extremely dry , I constantly use hydrating products and non drying products I’m def not drying my skin out more. If I do use a potentially drying product I use it sparingly and the rest of my routine is around moisture.
@@rhileynnnait’s mostly likely due to the heavyweight moisturizers you use for the dry skin. I have the same issues of very dry skin, but also being acne/blackhead prone in areas. I have to avoid using my “heavy” moisturizer on my nose and chin-and use a lighter “oil free” moisturizer on those spots instead. I have noticed a big difference since doing this. It’s definitely a pain to do and would be MUCH easier if I could just slap the same thing on my whole face…but some of us just have finicky skin. 🤷♀️
It’s possible what you’re seeing are also little hairs! Dr Dray has a video on when the black dots on your nose are actually hairs and how pore strips/waxing can get rid of them for a little while. I thought I had blackheads, then I thought I had sebaceous filaments, now I know they were little hairs
Just gently squeeze with tissue covering your fingers. If the oils come out easily, keep going until done. Do not overly squeeze. Should not have to squeeze hard. Then start using salicylic acid or azaleic acid on your nose 2-3 times a week. If nothing comes out when you squeeze gently, just oil pull once every few weeks and otherwise leave alone.

I don't exactly know what you're talking about. Though I've noticed some kind of white dots all over my face after a peeling followed by a clay mask or after washing my face in the shower sometimes. I decided to let it be. But just like you, I wonder....
I have blackheads and my skin is far from oily. Pleaseee start addressing dry skin + blackheads!

Your skin might be over producing oil in those areas because you use certain products that dry it out.

I’ve used that face wash for decades and it does f all for my blackheads and sebaceous filaments 😂😂😂
What about those very tiny hair on nose that looks like blackheads and, I literally have no idea how to get rid of it! Help!
