The user of Nevel laser doesn’t use the belt because of the quirks power but because it wasn’t originally his so it kept leaking out his stomach due to his body not being made for it
I do have an idea for a quirk - Arsenal - You can pull anything you imagine (except all might's hair, also you can only pull out weapons) out of your coat, pockets and bags.

You can create holograms of yourself to confuse the opponent and strike them with a low risk of being punished or use the holograms as a distraction to get to somewhere. It could also end up evolving so all/certain holograms take physical forms or something of the sort.
You got several quirks in the wrong categories. Also, accumulation isn't a quirk category, its a subcategory. The only true quirk categories are emmiter, transformation, and mutant. Some quirks that are in one of the three original categories can fall under accumulation, but there are no quirks that are just in the accumulation category because it isn't a category. Not every quirk that exists is a duplicate. Quirk duplication is a very specific term and implies an act from all for one. Also decay is not an artificial quirk. Just a lucky coincident for all for one.
