Although it seems like he miss a lot its because he exerts a lot of force into his punches (hence the high finish rate) and follows through so the miss is blatantly obvious but he actually has a 49% striking accuracy which is 1% higher then Izzy and a whole 7% higher then Sean. the fact that sean immediately after his loss to Pereira then went on to train with him and become good friends/sparring partners imo is why sean is a top contender still (and arguably (sh/c)ould be champ still). most fighters would be too proud to accept the offer to train with alex after getting ko'ed by him (izzy), and that pride stifles their ability to grow/get better. intelligent move by sean to not make that same mistake.

Sean is a defensive specialist so it's hard to hit him cleanly. Dricus was just walking through the jab if his eye didn't swell shut there wouldn't even be a case for Strickland winning. Sean fights the same way every time so it should be easier for Dricus.
