Awesome kit for sure! Couldn't help but notice you have PCI Race Radios NGP antenna mounted on that rear tube. You may consider moving that antenna mount all the way to the top of the roll cage for best performance.
For those from other States that come for rallies, are there times when travelling on pavement is required? If so, are those times under some type of escort so being street legal is not required?
As far as the rallies here in Utah they have it set up to be escorted to and from the trails. The escorts work very well to help the events run smooth.
