Great video! Your take on Bohemian Rhapsody is so good, you are so underated.🎉 Btw could you provide your multitrack on this so I could better understand each take, so i could sing it in my own. If not then it's okay thanks.
When you listen to the song as a whole you think to yourself, this is a masterpiece, then you see the breakdown of it and then you start to wonder how they did that, you can hear all the harmonies isolated and so it should be clear to you right? No sir, bohemian Rhapsody is not just a song by a rock band, it is an epic, written by the poets handpicked by God, and the musical score isn't something you will hear being imitated ever again, it is just too unique, overall, no one can say that bohemian Rhapsody isn't the greatest song ever
Amazing! I love hearing the individual parts, it's so satisfying hearing them come together. there's so many songs like Somebody to Love for ex. that would be awesome to breakdown
I recorded a parody version of Bohemian Rhapsody and am beyond indebted to you for making this video and giving me all the harmonies! You are a freaking GOD!
What could we learn from this video. What are the types of harmonies he does like 5ths or 6ths to give it that Freddie Mercury feel. That would be interesting to know
Yeah the harmony they used is very interesting. Changing keys all the time and the voicings are unique. I felt like showing each voice was a good way to hear everything that's happening without spelling out the chords and harmony of each part which could be a whole other video lol
covering a song this complicated isnt easy..but making a song this complicated, its just another level... the queen were surely a legendary group of artists.. (also so are many other choir groups and musicians who had understood this beautiful set of voices and is able to play with it)
I’m 39 years old… I took one week to determine what I think and my opinion is the greatest song in existence? I chose this. The reason why it is, because no matter what country you go to, everybody knows this in English. I’ve been to many countries and many states. This is by far in my opinion, the best song ever.
It depends on which part. Lots of these chords are seventh chords so they have root,3,5,7 but some are just triads and some don't have all the chord members. I have a short on my channel with sheet music for the intro and will be putting up one for the middle section soon
@@RobCarrollMusic 9:39 the second to me after the harmonies lol. Not what the video is about at all but thats not the point you can't leave us hanging like that 😂.
Is it okay if I copy these, like actually copy them, the way it was sung, how the harmony is made, etc. for our school group performance? But I'll add some finishing touches that is not in the video, it isn't in the original song as well, I just saw something from a high school choir singing video that filmed them singing Bohemian Rhapsody and decided to add it to our performance as well? I hope that made sense
If you want to hear them play I have plenty of videos with them playing straight through. This is to demonstrate each part for someone trying to learn how to sing them. If you can listen to something all the way through once and have it memorized that's really impressive but I find breaking things into sections to be much more effective
The whole point of this video is to play each part and section separately so we can hear them individually -- so if you're saying "just let the damn parts and section play" you may be missing the point of the video, or you might be in the wrong place.

OMG Thankyou! Even with you isolating the “never never” part I’m still having a devil of a time trying to work out the notes!

just let the damn parts play, dont pause, stop and talk during the whole video, just let the section play entirely and THEN talk. It's annoying
