Thank you so much for posting this. An amazing car and color match brings back memories of a brown Mk 2 with a light brown vinyl roof. This car looks exceptional. Great videoing to note 🙂

Thank you Mick, exactly my thoughts, too many have been butchered into RS Rally Mexico Reps : ( : (
Originality will become very rare and hard to find in next few years.
      Best from Frank 😊 👍

If we all drove those again life would be a lot easier…..
The population would be fitter from wind up windows
Your kids would be fitter from having to push it occasionally
    Etc etc etc.
    Lovely car 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Lovely car. My mum had a navy one about 1978. Please don’t leave the keys in the boot lock and open it!! Will scratch like hell.

The OJF registration makes me think the vehicle was brought new at Hangers Welford Road Leicester!

Yes I think you are right, Leicester is where my son collected the car.

Sadly the garage and showroom are long gone. It got demolished in the early 1980's from what I remember.

Surprised it does not have the water temp gauge at the bottom of the right hand dial? Other than that it is a lovely old car! 🙂
