My brother. First of all, about the last part of the video : please don't feel like you've underdone something, you didn't. This is a wonderful video. Second, I loved to see that you are not alone. You have a girlfriend, a cat and a therapist. I feel like this team has got your back. You haven't asked for any advice, but I'm gonna give it to you. If it's not what you need right now, please don't read any further. I've recently turned 37. In different priods of my life I've delt with different shit like panic attacks, anxiety disorder, neurosis and other issues. I was before and am now in therapy. 1. Be proud. It takes balls to admit to yourself you need help and even bigger ones to lay it out there for any stranger on youtube to see like you just did. 2. Get out of your head and into your body. Work out. Whatever your preference is, gym, martial arts, hockey, whatever. Find yourself a coach with a functioning brain and a heart (both mandatory) and stick with them. I'm a coach and a competing powerlifter, just trust me on this one, it WILL help. 3. Keep making these. You're good at it. Really good. It's probably a bit weird to say it was a pleasure to watch a video of such contents but it was. It is really well made. Be well, my friend. Looking forward to watching the next episodes, Roman.
Thank you for your comment Roman. It means a lot. Thank you for your encouragement and kind words, and also thank you for your advice. I 100% agree with you when you say "get out of your head and into your body". I've been doing yoga, cold exposure and breath work, and that has helped me be present and in the moment, by being aware of my body, rather than being drowned by my own thoughts. Also, thank you for sharing some of your struggles as well. I wish you all the best!
You can get into the work of doctor joe dispensa. He has some good books (becoming supernatural & you are the placebo). We can all heal ourself and thats the truth.
