  • Dear friends
In my three years as a RUclipsr for food, admittedly, my last episode garnered the worst viewership, it’s even worst than my Dubai episode. I can understand it if the viewers aren’t interested with what Fenghuang has to offer in terms of food, but I’m quite sure they could at least learn some interesting facts about one of the oldest towns of China. Anyway, I’m expecting the worst from this Canton episode. I’d like to thanks those folks who supported me through thick and thin, domestic or international. Bye and see you in the next video.

This food haunting Canton episode with a good introduction to the place mixed with solid editing makes it a smooth video to watch. It also shows a very genuine and authentic take on the food scene at Canton currently. The New and the Old world blending - and probably a shift in the way how some of the ‘old school ‘ way to the ‘new school way’ on preparation of food makes this a very Genuine and sincere food haunting episode. Benny has also been very supportive and instrumental in this journey - 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Kudos 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Thank you Elmo for sharing this part of Canton in your trip and again it’s Yatt lau and Mou tak Deng for all the effort you have put in. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽.

sometimes low viewership could be due to sudden changes in YT's algorithm & nothing to do with your content. i love the way u incorporate history & interesting stories into your food videos. never change!

Thank you Elmo for another great episode, particularly Shunde & Kwangchow. How far from Kwangchow to Shunde & what form of transport did you travel in? BTW, the Foshan Ancestor Temple would be more than 200 hundred years old in the Song Dynasty.

Good that you like China and make videos of China sceneries and nice foods. Even though we Chinese Malaysian are not the citizens of China but that's our ancestors' land. And most importantly we are the Descendants of the Dragon. 💪🐲🐉💪

I didn't request for permission but my drone weights less than 250gm. Most countries allowed drone tis weight. Anyway if the area has drone flying restrictions, my drone will be blocked automatically, it can't even take off

Wow! From 7:29 - 7:37 video time, I am so glad that vast majority people in Canton no longer masking up inside public transports.
Back in Malaysia among us Malaysian Chinese, inside public transports, still nearly all mask up. In other indoor environments, still observing a high masking rate.
The Malays and Indians in Malaysia are already unmasked, only us Malaysian Chinese still stuck in the never ending fear of the Covid-19 pandemic.
I hope Elmo will show more indoor crowded places in China to tell Malaysian Chinese, even our motherland now willing to move our of the pandemic era. This will tell the Malaysian Chinese it is already overlong we place great importance of Covid-19 SOPs and it is now the time to stop completely.
