Not sure why the first key signature is marked with 5 sharps with a bunch of A naturals. It should be 4 sharps as the tonic note is E in bar 44. Key change should be 1 sharp. So for trumpet it starts in E then transitions to C at bar 45. The three keys for trumpet in this song are E, C, Db.
