Looks great! Never thought of using a mandolin to slice the steak. I've made a similar cheese sauce but after watching Cowboy Kent Rollins' version I started adding 1T prepared horseradish. It may not be authentic but it is damned good.
Wow, a lot of work for a sandwich, I believe it would be quicker (no matter where you live in the USA), to get on an airplane and fly to Philly and purchase an original Philly sandwich!
Born and raised in Philly.....nice recipe wiz goes on roll before you put it down...I am sure it's delicious but not worth the extra effort....I have made mighty good cheesesteaks...just get some sliced beef from your butcher....does the trick....a cheesesteak is not gourmet..it's fast and very unhealthy and that's how we like it in Philly.
I want one so bad! Great video!
Nice setup
Great video! I'm left handed too
Meathead recomended this fine video..
That has a great recipe for a Philly cheese steak sandwich!
Cheers from Norway!

Interesting this one works ok. Mine immediately would destroy all of these ingredients even on low. Not a chance it can handle aromatics.
