I love your new haircut, Nona! It looks so cute and fresh on you! This video really had a great message about not staying the same forever, and showing how changing our look as we go though the different stages of our lives can really make a difference. :)
Thank you so much! I do indeed feel lighter which I adore for fall/winter :) And yay, I'm glad the message resonated! How stressful it would be to never adapt!
🌺 Have been a fan of ANN-MARGRET for decades. A lot of the photos you have are publicity shots from various movies or TV Specials. Also, several of the costumes were worn in her shows in Las Vegas, etc. Ann-Margret is a legend and show business icon. 🌺
Wow, a great video! I love how you captured all her looks. She's my favorite TR icon. I think what you described happened to me, the girlish looks were able to be pulled off more in my youth but now I can see the more delicate bones of my face coming through. You look stunning with the new cut super cute, and the scarf!! ❤
@@thealignedlover Thanks that's a wonderful compliment to have any similarities with her and it's interesting to be able to relate to your video! I'm glad you're enjoying your style evolution too. Keep making that great content 🙂 * wanted to rephrase my comment
I really enjoyed this exploration of her type and the looks spanning decades. Kylie Minogue is my favourite TR and she too had the clean and simple look in the 1980s then went on to full glamour then toned down in her 50s. I would love an exploration of her looks.
Ah I loooooove Kylie. She is the only one I think of when the name comes up haha. Would love to do a style video on my pop queen. I know a guy who did backup for her for years and she is apparently incredibly nice and lovely.
@@thealignedlover that's nice to hear! She is like the epitome of a music doll. Her tiny stature, the delicate symmetry of her face and body. Her evolution style all documented on singles covers and music video. A TR icon.
That transition, I just feel understood, finally. I wonder if most TR women actually grow into their Yang undercurrent as they age. While I’m pretty much known for keeping the same face since I’m young, and many still picture me with the ingénue-esque and the soft R that I had when I was younger, I can personally sense many of those styles now make me look older and tougher than I am, and I take it to be a tell-tale sign that the Yang undercurrent is gradually taking its form. Especially the double braids, I can’t pull it off anymore. And the color black quite personifies the dramatic essence, ladies, if you ever felt that you don’t drown or get washed out in black, you do carry some sharp Yang with you (in case if you’re not a Dramatic in the first place), and it really distinguishes you from those with much softer Yang or more balanced types on the spectrum.
@@thealignedlover thank you, Nona. And I’d really have to appreciate how insightful your videos are, they’re really helpful for someone like me who’s still working to elevate my understanding of Kibbe’s system from the basics❤️
I loved this. So I’m a Theatrical Romantic. And in my younger years I was fine doing very playful things. I probably dressed more like a gamine. But now that I’m 36, it just doesn’t work! Like at the end of your video, something just looks off, it does look very aging. That thing that makes her special just goes away. Im trying to embrace womanhood… I have a very young soul. Finding my Kibbe type has saved me in so many ways.
Some outfits I see with contrasting and some will say that’s more for gamines but I’m a TR and I happen to love doing contrasting top and bottom, with intricate soft details of course 🤭 what’s your opinion on this? And why is this supposedly more of a “gamine” thing?
Thank you :) I would say that a medium short layered bob with bangs is great if you want to style it and naturally can support a more sassy head to toe look (not necessarily always so polished and exacting but intentional). It can be styled very cute and animated or very "French bob" chic. I prefer the messy undone version of this hair :)
Loved this! I definitely resonated with her transition. I wonder... so I've taken the test and done so much personal observation through photos and style/shopping... my body type does match theatrical romantic in terms of visually referencing other types in certain situations, but in terms of the test I'm a bit more soft classic... is it possible to be a theatrical romantic and be 5"6? Or for that matter what happens when your answers c and d match lol? I terms of essence, I definitely vibe more with the gamine family- I'm super bubbly despite having a scorpio Venus aesthetic. Definitely not carrying the diplomat energy of the sc or the sensual energy of the tr. What are your thoughts on being a mixed type? Is that a tangible outcome?
For some reason, your description is giving me Winona Ryder vibes! She doesn't look like an obvious SG and from taking tests alone or looking at select photos, some would say she is more Sharp Yin or perhaps some sort of Classic. I would definitely choose the most resonant accomodations from either type :)
@@thealignedlover that's so funny because my family used to always compare me to her despite not exactly looking like her (some aspects I do). I definitely can't pull off a pixie cut though xD. My hair is far to thick and wavy. I love the idea of SG though- legit never thought a sg could be as a tall as me. Now I gotta do some SG research haha.
That hairstyle looks great on you ....
Thank you Hazell 💕

Omg your new haircut is utter perfection on you, it’s just stunning stunning!
Aww, wow thank you
I adore your new hair style. Very flattering. As a Theoretical Romantic I really enjoyed this video. Thanks.
Thank you so much! And I am really glad to hear that :)))

Your haircut looks beautiful and saucy on you. 💖
Hehehe thanks so much :)
Please do an elaborated video like this on Joan collins
Love your hairstyle. Looked beautiful before.. But it looks even nicer 👍
Thank you! I always feel more "bob"esque during the colder months :)

I was just thinking about Ann Marget! What a coincidence. Btw you look incredible with that haircut!
I love when that happens! And thank you so much 🥰
The bob is TOO cute on you
Thanks so much 🥰🥰
Thanks for all the kibbe videos I like your take on it!

I love the hair...I'm tempted to go for the same. Are you a TR and is it a style you'd recommend for a TR? Ann M. was/is a stunning woman.

obrigada! está ativado :)
I just found your channel and am enjoying it! 🥳 do you have a hair video for TR’s?
So glad to hear that :) and I do not at the moment but that is a wonderful idea for a future series!
