- So it's finally time to fix a up coming problem in my shop. The #washout booth I builded over a year ago(out of wood btw) is breaking down more and more every time I use it. I wanted to just buy one but I rather build it and save some money switch is always the name of the game.
I've been aiming to get this done for some time now, but could never get around to it. Then I stubbed up on some unique parts from #grainger that could work to achieve the professional look that I was searching for.
This washout booth upgrade would go great with the recent upgrades I've done to the shop. I figure this is the best time to get it done.

Genius idea, washout booth manufacturers will be hating 😂 😂. phenomenal job!
Thanks alot! I've been thinking about this for somryte now! I'm so glad I was able to achieve my goal. 😊
Bro you're a genius.
thanks alot bro...you can do it too!😉💪🏿
Yeah that's nice man. Just learning about that aluminum extrusion and this is a great way to go. Thanks for the video
No problem✊🏿
I've had the Grainger account for years. Did not know they sold these dope extrusions for building this. Just ordered everything tonight. Thanks for sharing.
Please share your results bro
Good stuff bro!! Im actually omw to Home Depot now to get started building my tub
Thanks man. I've had a Grainger account for years, but did not know they sold this dope stuff to build my washout station with. Just ordered it all, and will be putting it into use once it arrives. I really like the way you use simple shelf brackets with a bolt in the end to suspend the screens. Wasn't sure how I was going to make that part work. Now to just find some lights to toss behind it, to make sure they wash out correctly.
Thanks alot bro! I'm glad that this helped you out! I was actually looking for a whole washout booth on Grainger😂😂..but this is what I came up with and I'm more than satisfied with the results! It was fun to do as well!☺️Thanks for watching bro🙏🏿
Did u ever make your washout booth?
Awesome hardware and idea, looking to build one for a very messy screen printer in my building. I don't think you have to worry too much about oil when cutting aluminum, its basically just shiny wood. Also that saw your using might only cut on the "push" motion, applying force on the "pull" motion can dull the blade faster and wastes your energy. Not hating, just in case you didn't know. Phenomenal job I will be copying you!
Thanks for the advice about cutting the aluminum, I felt tht there was a way too cut it without using so much force but I was kinda rushing😂😂 I hope your washout booth comes out amazing. Thanks for the love..🙏🏿
I could swear this washout booth was made by Blade (the vampire hunter) LOL. Are you Wesley Snipes twin brother?
🤣🤣 ik..ik...been hearing that for yrs brother✊🏿
@@EXPERIPRINTS2024 As I suspected 🤣. By the way the video was very helpful, thanks for share, have a great day man 👍
@@BogosortLife you as well brother💪🏿✊🏿
How many of the framing items did you buy for this?
Here in Mexico we have washout booths under 300, lol.
Good for you. I'm glad I have to know how to put one together on my own. To each it own though!
No back light?
Naw...I plan on just buying one and putting it back their. They have a good one on Screenprinting.com
