I remember Starsky & Hutch. I had a crush on Paul Michael Glazer years ago in my young 20’s. What a tragedy he had losing his wife & 6 year old daughter to AIDS. His wife contracting HIV from a blood transfusion. Passing it on to her daughter. He bore his loss with dignity & elegance. Never saying, Oh! woe is me with my terrible suffering. He got on with life. Honouring his wife & daughter. Working to make a difference. Raising a young son as a single parent. Unlike the miserable whining Sussexes. My own sons were the same age as Princess Diana’s 2 boys when they lost their own father to Prostate Cancer, 29 years ago. But my sons, & others, don’t wallow endlessly in their grief. They pick themselves up & make something of their lives. Study hard, achieve skills & experience. Contribute to society. They have humility & empathy. All acquired from their loss & grief. That’s what growing up is all about. You don’t forget the deceased parent but you don’t carry on & on about your loss & grief.

When meeting members of the Royal Family there is no obligation for regular citizens to bow or curtsy and that includes the UK. It is a total myth. It is down to personal choice and a simple handshake is perfectly acceptable. You just have to watch when they go walkabout meeting the public almost no one bows or curtsies. It is still done only within the RF itself purely as a sign of respect.

Raising a young son as a single parent.

My own sons were the same age as Princess Diana’s 2 boys when they lost their own father to Prostate Cancer, 29 years ago.

Study hard, achieve skills & experience.
Contribute to society.
They have humility & empathy.
All acquired from their loss & grief.
That’s what growing up is all about.
You don’t forget the deceased parent but you don’t carry on & on about your loss & grief.
