9:58 so yes mostly. If you need more space between strings say fretting with larger hands then you get a radius neck and no, there's not multiple choices. There certainly are bridges that are higher and/or wider and/or radiused. Deering can't customize? I'm sure they can. If you need a customized banjo there are boutique builders along with Huber or OME, or Nechville.
@@vincef329 Huber does not customize either. I had to have a private Luthier make me a 1-5/16ths nutwidth neck for my Huber Kalamazoo I bought from him. Nechville does but I don't like the tone I've heard from Nechville banjos. Best thing to do is get a pot from Deering and have a custom neck made, and set up the way you like it. I don't know if they would just sell you the pot though.
Loved the review watching in lreland thank you so much
Good story & i'm thing to buy one, actually also in maple. cheers
Where did you buy the scorpion bridge?
Banjo Ben
The more sustain the better in Scruggs style 🤠👍🏻
Deering does not do any customizing of their banjos. No wide necks, no high bridges, no varied degrees of radius necks etc.
