- Join us for our first time sailing onboard the Celebrity Edge on it's first visit to New Zealand. I try to show you all that we see today and our great view of Sydney harbour as we set sail for NZ. I also show you our cabin that I had been worried about - obstructed view 8304.

There are 4 dining rooms that are included and then other ones (which we didn't go to) that you pay extra for.

Thanks for the tour - what a beautiful ship :-) Kevin, no buying more crap, you have just spent months getting rid of stuff ;-). Why is it called a celebrity cruise, are their celebrities on it???
The ship was stunning. We love it. Celebrity is the cruise line and the ship is called Celebrity Edge. Don't worry, we didn't buy anything besides food on this trip.
Can I ask what you think the age demographic was ? Lots of kids ? Would an 19 year old like it ? Can I also ask what you paid ( ie what you consider a good price for this ship )

There wasn't a lot of kids (but we went before school holidays) but otherwise I'd say a broad age demographic. Yes, I do think a 19 years old would enjoy the cruise. There is so many things to do and places to hang out - something for everyone I believe. Can't recall what we paid, sorry. But we will definitely be cruising with Celebrity again. We don't go for thrill things that so many of the ships have these days. If you want that Royal Carribean is a great cruise line.
