OK, first of all, thanks for giving the community this great guide! You do go over everything very thoroughly, from what I can tell. :) For myself, a "happy with checkers, bamboozled with chess" kind of player, this game has my brain running around in fits and starts! Whoever created it was SMART. (And creative, because I love how each piece's abilities and moves reflect the character they represent!) I can't even win the first game against Mickey, let alone progress to creating or getting new characters and understanding all the in's and out's of this scrambled flippin' game. LOL It's an interesting addition to this "cozy", idle game, and I'm glad there are those, like you, who are really getting into it. I, for one, will be happy to leave Mickey eternally without a second player. I'll just go about my cozy business of discovering and decorating and endless mist collecting and resource collecting and moonstone gathering and banishing evil characters from my lands... 😉😂
Mickey can be a tricky opponent in the beginning because you're both working with the same team. Due to this, it requires both skill and luck to win. If you feel like giving Mickey a shot again, my best advice would be to keep Goofy benched until turn 4 or turn 5 so you can swap to him and jump to a gold coin that's out of reach! Just try to always move your figurines in a way that gives them coin options on their next turn. By the end of turn 3, make sure your figurines are somewhat spread out so you have options when the gold coins appear. If you try and fail, don't let it bother you. Odds are, it was just bad luck, and the gold coins popped up around the AI and not around you. 😁 All that said, I totally understand if you decide to pass up on Scramblecoin all together. Strategy games like this aren't everyone's cup of tea and I agree that it's a rather interesting addition to a cozy game like DDLV.
I just want to say wow. I know you played on stream a lot. But watching this. You had to play A LOT off stream to learn and record the move sets. RESPECT
Absolutely the BEST Scramblecoin guide on RUclips. Highly recommended. Prior to this, I watched another video and they were too confusing and often said incorrect things. This clearly shows the time and effort you've put into it.
Thank you so much! I do my very best to make all of my tutorials clear, concise, accurate, and easy to follow! Best of luck with your Scramblecoin sessions!
Thank you so much for this, Senpai! I thought I had Scramblecoin down because I got to max rank, but I’ve realised many of my ranking points have been from losing, and just charging through playing quantity over quality. I’ve definitely learned a lot from this and hopefully if we ever get to play against friends in the future, I can learn to win instead!
Did you happen to follow me on Twitch a few minutes ago? I just got a notification, from a name similar to yours! If so, thank you so much! I'm currently taking about 6 days off from Twitch to file my taxes and catch up on scheduling posts/editing! I'll be returning this Wednesday on the 10th! Hope we see you there! 😁
@@Probably_Senpai I did! Recently came across your channel, and it’s been helping me out lots! Enjoy your break. And hopefully I’ll see you on the 10th!
Your dedication and commitment to helping others is inspirational! I am grateful for your labor and even more so for your talent to simplify and attention to detail. Thank you just doesn’t seem to have the right depth of my appreciation💜💜
I could say the exact same to you and the community! I'm always thanking ya'll for watching and supporting what I do but "Thank You" never feels like enough. 😊
You can do it! Keep in mind that Mickey will be using the same pieces as you. So it'll come down to a 50/50 mix of luck and skill. You'll need both to win, so don't give up if he beats you a couple of times. You just need turns 4 and 5 to go your way. Saving Goofy for the late game will increase your odds of success. Good luck!
Thank you..I'm so glad you made this guide Senpai. I've been struggling with this game and trying to figure out. This really helps with understanding the game more.
This was extremely helpful! Thank you for always explaining everything in such great detail and “dumbing it down” for me! ♥️♥️♥️ I like to think that because of watching this video I have been winning more games recently! I appreciate you my friend!!
Thanks so much! This video is very helpful! I got frustrated when I first played Mickey, and I chopped it up to "not being good enough to enjoy the game". However, even though I don't win each time, I find that you do get better with practice and this video will be great to go back to as I try to inprove! I appreciate how helpful your videos have been, ever since I found them way back when trying to get more dark wood! Thanks again!
I have swapped figurines on turn three when I only had two figurines on the board so you don’t necessarily have to have all 3 figurines on the board to swap. It can be a good strategy if one of your figurines can’t reach any coins. Thanks so much for this video! Such great info!
Thank you so much. I wish I had found this sooner. With the lack of instruction when I first started scramble coin, I was quite frustrated when trying to learn the game.
You can find specific materials by hanging out with specific villagers! Just look in the "time-bending" section of the Eternity Isle collections tab. When you select the different materials, it'll tell you which villagers provide the "hang out bonus" Just a heads up, for some reason I can't get dinglehoppers to really spawn more with Ariel and Ursula but it seems to work as intended with Eric.
@Probably_Senpai see my thing right now when I log on there is soooo much to do that my brain short circuits and I can't focus on any one of a task so I end up wasting a bunch of time just getting a little bit of resources, cooking a few new meals, time bending a little, picking the trees, doing a mission or 2, and playing Scramblecoin. I need to try to manage my time better for sure because everytime I go to log off I feel like I accomplished nothing
I would also say I did learn a lot. I just hope I can use this in game play. lol I tend to forget things and remember later. But I didn’t know that the Omni movement ones can move off the line they are on. Good to know
Amazing content, tks a million Senpai! 😊 I'm still unable to craft Rafiki & the others in a regular crafting table. You mentioned the time bending table, which I haven't unlock yet and I cannot find info about it. Could you please give me some extra tips? Appreciate it 🙏🏼
It's different for everybody! Players unlock different Scramblecoin pieces as they rank up. So you may unlock her at level 120 or possibly 160. There's no way to know but hopefully you'll get her soon. She's great!
No! It's randomized! Though, typically, certain characters are more common to get in the higher ranks. I know a lot of players who got EVE around Rank 100.
Almost as thorough as a colonoscopy- jk- seriously though, I know much time and effort went into making this video. I am going to watch it a couple times and then maybe my 25% win rate will massively improve.
I feel like a 25% win rate can be pretty common in the begining. The starter pieces aren't very good and most villagers have way better teams! Once you start unlocking new figures scamblecoin will get much easier!
You know what would be really fucking helpful?? Telling me what buttons to press cos literally nothing is happening and I’ve pushed every button on the switch!
Sorry, this video has been up for over 6 months and you're the first person I've spoken to that's ran into this issue... Most players understand the controls and need help with the strategy. That said, I'm willing to help you if you would be so kind as to provide some clarity to your question. Which phase of the game are you stuck on? Placement? Movement? If it's your placement phase you won't be able to advance until placing a piece. You do this by highlighting a piece with your joystick and then pressing your action button. I believe this would be either your A or B button (I don't play on Switch so I'm not 100% sure.) If you've already placed 3 pieces and you don't want to place another piece, you'll have to "skip" your placement phase with the Y or X button. Now, if it's your movement phase you won't advance until you select each of your pieces and move them. Once completing your movements, your turn will end, and your opponent's turn will begin. Hoping that helps. Cheers!
@@Probably_Senpai for a person who uploaded a video a long time ago, I’m serious appreciative of the fact you replied to this at all, let alone as quickly as you did. Senpei nice room displaying all of the scramble coin figurines. I might do the same thing.
I did notice that the pieces are in our furniture and crafting menus
This video is amazing and probably took so much work. The scramble coin pieces are so cute I wants them all

This is great. Thanks so much for making this :)
No problem! Thank you for watching! 😁
Thank you for this instruction video. While I understand the mechanics of playing I have trouble with strategy. Your pointers will be helpful.
I love scrablecoins ❤❤❤
I got most of the pieces! All that's left to get for me is Merlin and Kristof

It's just the omnidirectional pieces with jump that can do this! Either way, it's very helpful and important!
Thank you so Very Very much! I've been pretty lost 😂 This has been extremely helpful! I'm going to win a few games today! ❤
I'm sure you will! Best of luck!
Thank you for such a great giuide now i have a better understanding of the game!
You're very welcome!

My MVP lineup is Eve, Scar, Rapunzel, Gaston, and the 5th is either Stitch, Anna, Pumba, or Elsa - i use them every time and never lose 😊
I just want the pieces to decorate with. I have Mickey and Minnie on my shelf
And what point do you get rapunzels piece?

No! It's randomized! Though, typically, certain characters are more common to get in the higher ranks. I know a lot of players who got EVE around Rank 100.
Are there easier opponents I should try first? I’ve only done Mickey I think
Thank you for this video
I always get my lumiere stuck and can't figure out how to get him to move.
😢 And yet i still cant get my characters to move more than once. This tutorial is amazing tho! TY!!
Love you!
