One thing I love about the dlc is in the Codex, the way it is written sounds like Kratos is writing letters to Atreus. Or writing a journal that he may give to Atreus someday.

Well, at the end of the story if you go back to the cabin you can find Atreus’ journey. Atreus left it there so Kratos can read it and learn some of his own adventures.
Maybe Kratos decided to keep something like an exchange diary with his son. Imagine them returning from foreign lands and leaving journals in their old home for the other to read.
Pretty sure that Atreus would compete with his father (like when he asked what’s the biggest thing he slayed).

I know this corner of the internet has its grievances with the story but I personally thought the base game was already excellent and full of content but this DLC makes the game even better! @@thegreatmonacage3782Other problem to mention was the last Thor boss fight, I think people expected too much because, well, is Thor (and the first fight was easily the best in the game in my opinion, it set the bar too high lmao), but honestly I think the only things that the battle needed was probably more lightning and stronger sound effects for his deadliest attacks, and also bringing back Thor's cape, im pretty sure seeing Thor fighting with his cape would be more than enough to please the mayority of people who was dissapointed lol
Still, I think it also needed to have more health, you see playthroughs of people who just destroy Thor and most story bosses because they are overleveled, I think the developers should balance more the durability of some story bosses for future games, because I find it weird that you can have a better experience by being underleveled and kind of punishing does who enjoy exploring and like to find better armor and stuff
      Still and amazing game 💯

The only things I think could have made this even better are 3 very small things.
1, Greek enemies and pots gave you red, green and blue orbs for the different currencies.
2, all chests in the Greek areas used chest designs from the Greek games.
3, Greek enemies would have the interact buttons glow above their heads when stunned, and the stuns would have very easy quick time events with just 2 or 3 button presses.
I know that these are very small unimportant things, but these are probably the only things I feel are missing that could have made this even better.

One thing I really appreciate about the Tyr fights, despite them being a little challenging, is as he presents each of his weapons to Kratos, there's a note of music that gives the vibe of where those weapons originate from. So, the macuahuitl is accompanied with an Aztec note, the dual khopesh are accompanied with an Egyptian note and the kitana is accompanied with a Japanese note.
