6:09 If you said there Zhōngguó then that means China as that is how they call the nation. (or to be more literal it means "The Middle Kingdom") By the way I cannot get how they have South Korea but no mention of the North. Why not just call it just "Korea"? That would make more sense. (as in the form of a now unified region under the Yu-Jing) Thanks for this video. It is nice to know more about the faction that intrigued me by far the most. I love how they are translated from modern day China, its rapid growth, smart investments, unified people, sheer hard work, tough army and respect for traditions. They also remind me of other similar factions that I like from other games like: The Capellan Confederation, The T'au Empire and The Pan-Asian Coalition. Is there a place I can find more lore regarding them on the internet? (the main page on Infinity talks about them and their forces rather briefly.)
I loved this series. Do you have any plains to continue with it? I know you said you wanted to do videos on teh sectorials but that seems to have not happened which is a shame.
To your question about starting the faction I would say any of the starter packs. Each one ( for all factions) gives a good base to build from. Then play a few games with your new squad. Sorry this was rather long.
I got a question! I started collecting JSA army Because I love how they look..(ghost in the shell fan ahm ahm xD). So if yu jing so unified then why did the JSA rebelled? what made them do that? p.s Love you vids mate! especially aos videos! keep up the excellent work :)
By reading the lore, I think it's because the old imperialist japanese wasn't too hot about being ruled by the Chinese. So one day, they rebelled and became a secessionist.
it's more that the JSA is a repressed reaction of Japanese interests. Yu jings entire stick is to *replace* your culture with there culture, this culture the Yu Jing have is a blend of every Asian culture china could assimilate so if you understand cultural identity you may be able to guess why JSA didn't like to all the sudden switch their culture form a very isolated self developt culture too this chimaera culture made up by the state to control people. this big brother assimilation is a good way to please the masses and "unify" but it has its drawback, and that's why real china doesn't do exactly the same type of cultural assimilation. in-universe I have no clue when JSA split(as it was originally a part of the Yu Jing army J sectorial A instead of successions) but most likely the JSA has always had supporters within Japanese population and their interests, and with the contact of nomads, pan-Oceana and the general ease of finding weapons now as the galaxy is getting ready to rumble they steep up there game recently, for more information check up Uprising as that was the event that drops the JSA into the universe.
in lore, Japan rebelled because Yu Jing deliberately allowed massive Japanese causalities during the Báijīng Consulate incident. Thus it catalysed the Japanese rebellion.
So... you do realize your image for the thumbnail is Japanese Secessionist Army who hate Yu Jing and are trying to make an independent Japan right? Edit: Not accusing/complaining just found it humourous.
@@2Tough Oh man, I am actually going to play Infinity now for real! Reading the rules on Adriana now (borrowing someone else's army), Later I will definitely go with 玉金 and the Combined Army!!!! I've finally had it with the hateful 40k storyline that goes no where these days...
When are we getting more of these? Still need Tohaa and the Sectorals.
Awesome video. I’m starting Infinity with Code One and painting Yu Jing from the starter currently

@@2Tough Are you planning to start covering this lore again?
Thank you for your Infinity Lore Videos.
The absolute disrespect of putting JSA on a Yu Jing video. Love it.
#Savage
You should come back to this setting lore and do a jsa one. These are great.
Do you have any more infinity videos planned? I love the content and there is so much more I want to know about.
Another great video. Thanks
Thanks for committing to round out the series!

Used to play yue jingle when the Japanese were in it, also played imperial service wu ming and suicide troops for the win
Far more staple, sure.... Laughs in Greater Japan.
I am from Myanmar (Burma) and in Infinity universe, my country is in Yu Jing. I am ok with that; Long live the Dragon...."
Welcome aboard comrade!!! About to get my army soon! Yu Jing 4ever!!!!

Find someone to split the Operation Kaldstrom and Beyond Kaldstrom boxes.

if I play Infinity I would go YU JING!!!!!!!!!
same, love the close combat-tech they sport!

@@2Tough now I have played the game and read the lore more. Yu Jing sounds realistic and pan O is really just fantasy.
