I am gonna add my results in here, just in case if someone wants see it and become sure of this exercise Day 1: my muscle of both forearm and bicep became tight, I really felt them getting used to these exercises Day 2-9 : I forgot to give my results, I actually found this helpful so I did this everyday, so my muscle strength and hypertrophy has increased and my forearm size increased by 2.3 inch
